More Than Homes. It’s About the People Who Live in Them.
When Harvest Homes began serving area families nearly 50 years ago, there were several manufactured housing sales centers in the Omaha area. A lot has changed since then. Businesses have come and gone, homes have changed, and today’s buyers have more choices than ever. Through all those years, Harvest Homes has continued doing business much the same way it always has, listening to people, treating them fairly, helping them make decisions they are comfortable with, and standing behind the homes they sell.
For Chuck and Jacki Andersen, that isn’t a sales philosophy. It is simply how they believe people should be treated. Every family comes through the door with a different story, a different piece of property, a different budget and a different idea of what a home should look like. Their job isn’t to tell someone what they should buy. It’s to listen, understand what they’re trying to accomplish, and use decades of experience to help them find the home, manufacturer and options that make sense for them.
That’s also why customers at Harvest Homes aren’t treated like numbers. There’s something special about watching plans on paper become a real home and seeing a family walk through the door knowing, this is home. After two generations in the business, Chuck and Jacki still get to share in those moments. That’s what has kept Harvest Homes here all these years and it’s the tradition they intend to carry forward.
